PLACE TO BE: BUDWEISER FACTORY

Non avrei mai immaginato di visitare St.Louis, ma il mio Mid-East wild tour dell’Estate scorsa mi ci ha fatta “casualmente” capitare.

Oltre al Gateway Arch – famoso simbolo di questa cittadina a pochi km da Chicago – troverete una delle fabbriche di birra più grandi e famose del mondo; sto parlando della Anheuser-Busch, l’azienda produttrice della Budweiser per intenderci (tra l’altro la mia birra preferita!).

Ovviamente ho fatto la visita guidata che mi ha permesso di vedere da vicino tutto il processo di produzione e confezionamento della birra.

Quindi, anche se non siete fanatici di questa bevanda, vi consiglio di farci un salto anche solo per vedere il maestoso palazzo in mattoncini rossi e per degustare le originali varianti della Bud (dalla birra light a quella al mirtillo).

I have never imagined of visiting St. Louis, but my wild Mid-East tour last Summer made ​​it "accidentally" happening.

In addition to the Gateway Arch - the famous symbol of this town a few miles from Chicago - you will find one of the largest and famous breweries in the world; I'm referring to Anheuser-Busch, the “creator” of  Budweiser (among other things, my favorite beer!).

Obviously I did the guided tour that allowed me to see up close the whole process of production and packaging of beer.

So even if you are not a huge fan of beer, I advise you to visit the factory just to see the majestic red brick building and to taste all the strange versions of Bud (from light beer to the blueberry-tasted one).
